NO HASSLE RETURN GUARANTEE:
WE want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chesapeake Billiards. If you are not satisfied with your puchase, you may return the new product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, installation, or other charges. Please read the following return guidelines. Any variance from these conditions could result in a delay or forfeiture of your refund.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
Product must be returned in like-new condition (no marks, tears, scratches, or other blemishes. Cues must be un-chalked) in original package, and with the original invoice, parts, and accessories to insure full credit.
- To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-prepaid in “new” condition, in original box and packaging.
- Products that are returned more than thirty (30) days after receipt will not be refunded. Products returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in sellable condition will not receive a full refund.
- Items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee, delivery charge, or installation fee will apply.
- Refund on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
- Product purchased by check will be refunded two (2) weeks from date of deposit.
- All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any shipping, handling and installation costs will be deducted from your refund*.
